1. Will you deal direct with a supplier?
If you want us to, of course. We are led by you. If you would like us to deal direct with the supplier to organise customs formalities or collections then our mandarin speaking team in China are happy to take the pain away from you.
Our warehouse is located in Shenzhen, but we have access to warehouses all over China should you need them. Can you consolidate our cargo from different suppliers? Absolutely. The more you ship, the lower the rate per kilo so we urge our customers to use our warehouses as a consolidation point to collate their goods and send them together.
3. What customs capabilities do you have?
We are able to fulfil all customs procedures in both China and the UK. For newer shippers, customs can feel like a real headache but we are happy to hold your hand should you need it and make this process very simple for you for all of your China to UK shipping.
